A name shared
between friends.

Before SixFiveSix was a studio, it was a name shared between friends. That feeling of connection is the starting point for its next chapter.

The next chapter is something you can try.

SixFiveSix is taking shape as an independent studio for small software, playable experiments, and the occasional physical object. It starts with the urge to make something just to see where it leads.

Some ideas might help with an everyday task. Others might offer a moment of play or a different way to look at something familiar. Each one should be worth the time you spend with it.

Our mission

Make small things that invite people to play, notice, and connect.

Small enough to care about.

A small project leaves room to notice how a button feels, whether an instruction makes sense, and what happens when you get stuck. That attention is part of the work.

  • Make something real. An idea earns its place here when there’s something you can actually try.
  • Respect the person using it. Clear instructions, room to explore, and an easy way back matter.
  • Let each piece be itself. A useful tool and a playful object can come from the same studio without looking or behaving alike.

Starting with six, five, six.

Our first experiment turns the name into a constraint: six columns, five rows, six moves. Six Across is a small route-finding puzzle with three handcrafted boards. There’s no clock to beat. Take your time, undo a move, and try another way through.

Physical editions and other ideas can come later. For now, there’s one thing on the table, and you can play it.
